Paul has been a member of the Parish Council since 2019. He’s Lived at West End, Kingsbury Episcopi for 20+ years. Member of the Kingsbury May Festival organising Committee for approximately 15 years, including Chairman for 7 years up to 2018. Recently retired having previously worked for 38 years initially in local government, and then national government in senior finance, governance and project roles including the Ministry of Justice.
